- Switching networks on one device, such as Wi-Fi to mobile data, is not treated as sharing.
- After several wrong passwords the account is locked for a few minutes. Wait, or use Forgot password?
- You are signed out after 30 minutes of inactivity. A warning appears just before.

FAQ & troubleshooting
I didn't receive my password or reset email
Check spam or junk. Reset links expire after about 30 minutes, so request a new one. If emails never arrive, contact support.
"Your account has been blocked"
This happens after repeated multiple-location access. Email support@qahub.in. An administrator must review and unblock the account.
"Too many sign-in attempts"
Wait 15 minutes, or use Forgot password?.
A recorded session is missing
Sessions appear only for your enrolled batches and after their publish date. Contact Operations if one is missing.
The video doesn't play
Reload the page, which gives you a fresh secure link. Use an up-to-date Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Check your connection, and avoid VPNs that change your IP often.
A shared demo video disappeared
The share probably reached its end date, or access was removed. Ask the person who shared it.
My payment is done but sessions are still locked
Access returns as soon as Finance confirms the payment. Email finance@qahub.in with your receipt.
Session expired / signed out unexpectedly
You are signed out after 30 minutes of inactivity, after a password change, or when an administrator ends your session. Just sign in again.
